MILANO Francesco I (1815-1835) Mezzo sovrano 1835 con l’errore AVSIRIAE al D/ - Gig. 26a AU (g 5,66) RR Pensando al rigore col quale erano approntati i conii nelle zecche dell’Impero Austro-ungarico, non ci si può che stupire come possa essere accaduto che sia stato prima approntato e poi utilizzato un conio con un tale errore quale AVSIRIAE al posto di AVSTRIAE. Per tale motivo è da ritenersi che pochissimi siano stati gli esemplari coniati ed emessi prima che le autorità si accorgessero dell’errore.
